Shashi Kumar Ellendula

A technology executive and community leader based in Farmington Hills and Novi, Michigan — recognized across the region for his dual devotion to enterprise IT and the preservation of Telangana cultural heritage.

Shashi Kumar Ellendula built his life on a simple belief: that success only matters when it lifts the people around you.

By profession, Shashi is the Chief Executive Officer of Code Tech Inc., an information technology and consulting firm. His enterprise-IT career runs deep — built over years at firms including American IT Associates and CODE Technologies, and rooted in the SAP ecosystem, with expertise spanning ABAP, SAP R/3, BAPI, and web-based infrastructure architecture.

He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Osmania University in Hyderabad — the same city at the heart of the Telangana culture he works so hard to preserve abroad.

But ask those who know him, and they will point to a different measure of the man: his years of service on the executive team of the Detroit Telangana Community, the festivals he helps bring to thousands of families, and the quiet philanthropy that channels support to youth, education, and those in need. In 2027, he steps forward to serve as DTC's President.

What Defines Him

Four callings, one purpose.

Enterprise

CEO of Code Tech Inc. and a seasoned enterprise technologist — turning vision into institutions that create opportunity for others.

Philanthropy & Seva

A consistent giver and organizer — supporting temples, youth, education, and hunger relief through DTC's charitable work.

Technology Leadership

Decades in the SAP ecosystem and IT consulting — fluent in the tools that can make a community organization more connected and transparent.

Community & Family

President-Elect of DTC, serving with his wife Swapna Ellendula, Joint Secretary for Women's Affairs — leadership as a family commitment.

Family-Driven Leadership

Service, shared at home.

For Shashi, community work has never been a solo pursuit. His wife, Swapna Ellendula, serves on the same DTC core leadership team as Joint Secretary for Women's Affairs — leading initiatives in women's networking, cultural expression, and community support.

Together, they model the value at the heart of DTC: that a strong community is really just a large, extended family — and that the best way to lead one is to serve it alongside the people you love.
